$20 giveaway & New Product release info♦Organic Coconut Banana Lotion♦Organic Raw Honey Face Mask
I have been formulating new products, and TRYING to keep up with the increased demand! I am so elated to share with you one of the many reviews to come for the end of the year!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
On the SimpleMoms.com blog is a review of 3 of my lotions, PLUS a giveaway of a $20 gift certificate to my shop! I of course would extend it to some of the website exclusive items that do not appear on my Etsy at this time.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The newest editions to my shop are:
♦Organic Raw Honey Clay Mask♦
This is a spin-off of my Organic Glaciomarine Clay Mask!
I customize each one to match your skin type: Dry~Oily~Normal Each skin type responds to different essential oils, so I kept that in mind when choosing the varieties. Visit my post here to get more information on how I hand harvest the clay from here in the Pacific Northwest, as well as a map to show where I get it and more information on its origins!
Then I added in some Local Raw Honey to add in moisture as well as honey's ability to draw out toxins from your pores!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Next up to be released this weekend....... Organic Coconut Banana Cream Pie Lotion!!
I have taken my Organic Coconut Lotion and incorporated REAL ORGANIC Banana Extract I make myself! Most banana smells are artificial, which I am against, so I set out to make my own! Why not?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I tried 2 times to make my Organic Banana Extract and success!! PLUS the pie you see in the picture......I made it homemade JUST for the picture! I wanted to convey the PURE creaminess of the coconut mixed with the tropical highlights of the banana♥ Pure nose delight!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I use only Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil from Nutiva! They have the BEST coconut oil and I am pretty much obsessed with it! Visit them here for great deals as they ship free with any $30 purchase, which is easy to achieve!
It is great to cook with as well as 100's of uses and MIRACLE properties that literally will boggle your mind! It is SO delicious and I do not see using any other Organic Coconut Oil because I have found mine!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I also only use Certified Organic Bananas! Why Bananas, you ask?
Bananas help in making the skin soft and supple, plus provide exclusive enzymes to help reduce inflammation! The anti-inflammatory properties calm irritation while vitamins and antioxidants increase circulation for healing, and the antibacterial properties heal any infection. SO when paired along with the Organic EV Coconut Oil, which is anti-inflammatory/anti-bacterial as well makes for a lucious smelling AND beneficial cream!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I will post on my facebook page here when it is available for sale this weekend, so link up!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Have a great weekend everyone!

Organic Honey Face Mask loaded with Skin Healing herbs and Raw Honey!!
Introducing my Organic Honey Face Mask!
This face mask is not like your typical "put-on-let-dry-wash-off" kind of mask. It is already pre-moistened with Local Honey and Organic Vegetable Glycerin so all you have to do is apply it, let it do its thing, then remove with a warm washcloth!
The base is made up of my Hand Harvested Glaciomarine Clay I talk about in this post http://honeybeeholistics.blogspot.com/2011/04/organic-clay-tea-tree-soap-with-hand.html , PLUS a whole slew of hand picked flower buds and herbs to heal, nourish, and tone your skin!
I would recommend using this mask once a week. It is great for all skin types, especially dry skin as the honey moisturizes so well.
Wild harvested Strawberry Leaves & Wild Dandelion flower heads help with toning and tightening pores. The Glaciomarine Clay helps remove impurities without drying because it is swirled with Organic Jojoba Oil leaving your skin soft and cleansed!The other wonderful ingredients I use each have their own properties in skin cleansing, repair, or healing. They are:
*Organic Ground Oatmeal~ A great gentle exfoliator and protectant.
*Organic Red Rooibos~ Loaded with Anti-oxidants to help repair free radical damage.
*Organic Orange Peel~ Loaded with Vitamin C, it is a great astringent to help tighten pores.
When the Fall Honey Harvest Happens in a few weeks, I will be making some up for sale! Look for it in my Etsy shop later this month and on my website!!

I submitted to the Martha Stewart American Made Contest!!
Last month I submitted my shop and story to the Martha Stewart American Made Contest! There are quite a few categories inclusing Crafts, Design and Food. I submitted my business to the Crafts Category here!
I submitted my BEST pictures and story to have my best chance at getting in the FINAL Voting which happens on September 7th!
Excerpt from the Martha Stewarts Presents Website: "One American Maker will be selected by our audience and will be given the Audience Choice Award. Beginning September 7 you will be able to vote for your favorite makers, and one lucky winner will be honored at the American Made event in New York City, will appear in Martha Stewart Living magazine, and will receive $10,000 to further his or her business."
So when I get into the Final running in the Crafts section, Will you be there to vote me in? I sure hope so!
I have been working so hard at my business so I can provide jobs to OTHER Mom's who want to Work-at-Home and raise their children as I have been blessed to be able to do!
I have started my big project with the purchase of a structure to serve as the beginnings of a Honey Bee Holistics Shop!
Check out my website post here!
It is my shop expansion project to make it all a reality!
This picture is of Me displaying my hand Vanna White style to show you my new structure!
Thank you to all of my fans! YOU are part of what helps make my business successful!

Welcoming in Fall with WIDE OPEN ARMS!
I absolutely LOVE FAll! The colors, the smells, the baking!! So to add to this excitement of crispness in the air I will be launching some new products!
Today I introduce to you my new Organic Lotion!
~~Organic Almond Lotion~~
This is a "Take-Me-Back" smell to when I would visit my Grandma! She loved the Jergen's Cherry Almond Lotion, and she would always be slathering it on!
I have taken the smell and reproduced it here, sans the cherry fragrance!
Loaded with naturally occuring Vitamin E, Organic Sweet Almond Oil is the BEST go -to for rejuventaing skin and helping to protect from free-radicals in your environment!
It is then combined with Organic Almond Essence that gives it that unforgettable Almond aroma! You CAN have great lotion that moisturizes and doesn't seal your skin with harmful chemicals! Fragrance oils are not healthy and so the #1 reason, among many others, as to why I choose to NOT use them!
So check my Etsy shop for the new lotion here : http://www.honeybeeholistics.etsy.com
**Note**
New items are listed in my Etsy shop first to see how popular they are before they earn a permanent place on my website http://www.honeybeeholistics.com
